When you purchase one of our Copyrighted Designs or Videos you are accepting the terms of the Licence for its use. Full License Terms are disclosed in FAQs. The License for the Embroidery Design allows an unlimited number of stitched copies of the Design on Fabrics or Garments by Licensee. The License for the Video allows unlimited play by the Licensee. Neither Licence allows distributing, copying, selling or trading the Design data, or Stitched Copies of the Design or Designs or the Videos or Video Packages.
