PLEASE NOTE: The thumb drive is a Backup of the designs that have been opened for you at our Site, all efforts will be made to send Your backup thumb Drive within a week of your payment depending on inventory. In the case of an outage at the Balboa Site, backup thumb drives will be put on a rush schedule. If you are resetting your online account and your online access to the Designs, you will not receive a Thumb Drive.
Thumb Drives contain the same Large & Small Designs, and the Hat sizes for our Dogs and Horses, and are intended as a backup only..

Thumb Drives contain your Color Sequence, giving your color order of each design. Thread Colors are both Madeira Rayon numbers and Poly.
To find your colors as you Download the Designs, scroll down to Design Detail Tab. then click on “Thread Chart” immediately beside the Design Detail Tab.  This will take you to the second page designated to tthat particular design, where you will see the list of colors needed as well as swatches.
All Designs shown are available in CND, EXP, & DST, PES, and EMB.

Shipping will be billed at $50 for International and $15 Domestic.
Sorry…The Presentation Catalog is NOT included and may be purchased separately. A PDF Catalog File is included on your DVD or Flash Drive and you may print the pages as needed.
