Within Balboa’s newly rebuilt website, you will find all of Balboa Threadwork’s Designs, and Digitizing and Editing Tutorials. The “Excellence and Innovation” shown in these Designs and Tutorials have placed the Caroselli’s in the Embroidery Hall of Fame. Balboa designs are know for their beauty, and for their quality. We hope that you will enjoy them and be compelled to learn the secrets that are shared in the Balboa videos
Design Package and Video Access
When you purchase design packages, videos or video packages, you will find you have immediate access to the designs and videos. If you are a returning customer, from our previous websites, you now have a new account where you will find that you have access to your previous purchases.
There is still a lot to do in our rebuild. We are putting the finishing touches on the Site and reconstructing customer files. If you do not see a design package or a video that you previously purchased in your account, don’t worry. Email Lee directly at lee@balboastitch.net with your name, your approximate purchase date, and what you purchased. We will check our records and make sure you have access to what you have already bought.
There are two ways to buy our Designs, individually and as a Full Library Package. If you purchase the Full Library, or have purchased it’s Update, in the last five years, you will have access to every design at our Site, even those created and Uploaded between now and the end of the year.
If your purchase of the Full Library of Designs was previous to that, you will still be able to access the designs that you bought, and will have the convenience of instant downloads, rather than using your discs.
To access the designs you have purchased, Select the Design. Then scroll down to the size and format available for that design. If that design is in the Package you have purchased, you will find a black Download tab next to the formats. Click on the Download tab for the format that you need, and the design will be sent to your computer. If there is no download tab, then this is a design that is not included in your previous purchase. You are more than welcome to buy the design at list price, or update your design package, and have access to every design. To update your package, we have a special Catch Up Program that will give you a complete set of Discs and give you access to all of the designs at the Site through the end of the year.
