I. Embroidery Designs

Authorized Use: For embroidery on individual garments, linens, and towels.

Prohibitions: Any mass production exceeding 100 pieces, creation of patches, or use that devalues the original art is strictly prohibited.

No Resale: Individual design data may not be sold, traded, or transferred without written permission.
II. Educational Videos & Techniques

Internal Learning Only: Videos are educational tools for the Licensee and their immediate staff.

Teaching Prohibition: This license strictly prohibits the use of Balboa Threadworks techniques, workflows, or proprietary methods for public demonstration, seminars, webinars, or trade show presentations without a separate Master Educator Agreement.

No Reproduction: No part of these videos may be reproduced or dispersed.
III. Software & Industry Use

Proprietary Methods: The techniques demonstrated in Balboa Threadworks videos include trade secrets and unique digitizing workflows.

No Reverse Engineering: Software developers, equipment manufacturers, and their representatives are prohibited from using these materials to develop, refine, or incorporate Balboa-specific techniques into software or hardware automation without a formal licensing agreement and attribution.
IV. Third-Party Licensees

Authorized resellers are required to display this notice. As a Licensee of Balboa Threadworks, third-party sites are legally obligated to protect these copyrights and notify their clients of these terms.
Legal Notice: Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this copyrighted work is illegal. Criminal copyright infringement, including infringement without monetary gain, is investigated by the FBI and is punishable by up to five years in federal prison and a fine of $250,000.
SHIPPING HOURS
Normal Business Hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. Orders received by 2:00 pm each day will be mailed by 4:00 pm the next day, orders received after 2:00 pm will be emailed by 12 Noon the following day. Orders received over a weekend will be emailed by 12 Noon on Monday.
TUTORIAL SOFTWARE AND DIGITIZING SOFTWARE: Tutorial Software (Classes) can be accessed in “My Account” ( Your Account) as a streaming video at the completion of your purchase. Click on the word “Classes” in the mustard-colored stripe on the left-hand side of the screen in your account. The Classes that you have purchased will then appear. Scroll through, find the Class you need, and Click on it to begin
RETURN POLICY: As with any software, once a Design is opened or downloaded, it is on your computer and may not be returned. However, any defective designs will promptly be replaced. In regard to Balboa Videos, you have paid for video access and may stream the video or videos associated with your purchase.

Balboa Threadworks never shares personal information about a customer with anyone outside of our staff. We have a strict policy of not providing any personal information about a customer who has given Us his/her personal data, such as name, address, and phone number.
Balboa Threadworks uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (such as email address), and demographic information (such as address and zip code). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and promotional material from Balboa Threadworks to our customers. The customer’s contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Credit card numbers are not stored on this Site, and cannot be retrieved by Balboa once submitted for processing.
