Webinar Session #3 10 Minute Fix to Make your Design go from Bad to Good

BLENDING AND SHADING
We will start with Color selection, the difference it can make.  A shade of color or a tone can make your Design POP, or... barely noticeable.  Ever think that the Design needs more stitches, and then add stitches, only to find that now you have thread breaks, bird-nesting, and all the things that add up to a production nightmare, and the design still does not stand out?  It's not the number of Stitches, it's COLOR.  Learn what colors will POP. learn which are aggressive and which are not, Learn which colors to choose.  Then learn how by mixing the Colors, you can path through your Design while Blending those colors!
We will show you automatic Blends and then the controlled Blends and Shading that Lee Caroselli Barnes brought to the Industry. Once you have created the Colors through Blending it is time to learn where to place your Colors.  Learn how light affects that placement. Learn the five Elements of Shading. See how darker Colors cause that part of your image to recede, AND Lighter colors cause parts of your image to come forward.  Add dimension and form to your design by using your darks and lights, See where you need details and where it may be left out.  Watch your design come to life!
